Video-EEG of a 16-year-old girl with probable Jeavons syndrome from four years of age. There are repetitive brief seizures of mainly EEG polyspikes with violent tonic spasm of the eyelids, eyeballs, and head. There was little interruption of speech, and consciousness was not impaired.
