Tourettism and chorea in Huntington disease

This man with documented Huntington disease has generalized chorea as well as multifocal motor and loud phonic tics (tourettism) that began with his illness in adulthood. In addition to generalized chorea, he displays involuntary dystonic movements of his neck, stereotyped touching of his head with his right hand, facial grimacing, and a repetitive, raspy, expiratory sound.
