Brainstem glioma (12)

T1-weighted MRI of patient shown in Brainstem glioma (7) and (9), showing ring enhancement following administration of gadolinium. The basilar artery is encased in exophytic tumor and displaced toward the right. A large component of exophytic tumor, which enhances densely, is present ventrally and to the left of the pons.
