Intravenous thrombolysis qualification and administration process

If a large arterial occlusion is diagnosed during the neuroangiographic study, the operator can then quickly proceed to thrombectomy. Moreover, irrespective of the presence of a large artery occlusion, at that moment the patient can be qualified for treatment with intravenous tPA.
