Electroclinical tonic status epilepticus in a comatose patient after severe brain anoxia

Repetitive diffuse electrical discharges of very rapid spikes associated with bilateral tonic flexor spams of fingers and wrists. The patient died soon after this video-EEG. (Contributed by Dr. C P Panayiotopoulos)
