Bilateral Achilles xanthomas in cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis (PET)

Unusually high radioactivity is found in both Achilles tendons. PET shows abnormal soft tissue thickening in a CT window in coronal section (A) and in axial section (D) and unusually high radioactivity in both PET (B and E) and fusion windows (C and F).
