Bony anatomy of C1 and C2 in atlantoaxial dislocation

Lateral and inferior (A) and superior (B) three-dimensional reconstructions of fine-cut axial CT images. These post-processed images can be manipulated in all planes to allow detailed study of the bony anatomy of C1 and C2. The disruption of the right C1-C2 articulation is obvious on the lateral view.
