Bottom-of-sulcus dysplasia in 19-year-old female with pharmacoresistant focal epilepsy. MRI fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) image in a coronal section (A) and an axial section (B). FDG-PET/MRI co-registration is shown in the corresponding coronal (C) and axial (D) sections. Yellow arrows point to the bottom-of-sulcus dysplasia.
