Posterior fossa subarachnoid hemorrhage and pseudoaneurysm

(A) Head CT without contrast: subarachnoid hemorrhage in the posterior fossa, most dense in the prepontine cistern and fourth ventricle. (B) Digital subtraction angiography: left vertebral artery injection, lateral view. A dissection of the left vertebral artery extends from the left posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) origin to the vertebrobasilar junction.
