Multiple subcutaneous and muscular neurocysticercosis

A ring-enhancing lesion in the right posterior cortex along with significant perilesional edema. Muscles and the subcutaneous tissues in the calf and gluteal region showed multiple oval to circular, predominantly anechoic lesions that were around 1 to 2 cm in diameter with central echogenic foci, which was suggestive of scolex.
