This 20-year-old male patient presented with recurrent seizures. MRI brain revealed neurocysticercosis; the lesions were too numerous to count. The patient was treated with a 30-day course of albendazole. Follow-up MRI showed a significant reduction in lesion load (right image). (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
