Occipital spikes of a child at 9 years of age (EEG)

(Left) Abundant midline spikes only were recorded in his first EEG. (Right) One year later, spikes were localized mainly in the right centrotemporal regions; some scattered right-sided occipital spikes were also seen. (Contributed by Dr. C. P. Panayiotopoulos.)
