Dr. Jikku Zachariah earned his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Penn State University and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). Dr. Zachariah completed his internship and Neurology residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He then completed his neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis fellowship at Temple University, Philadelphia.

Dr. Zachariah has been an Assistant Professor and faculty member of the Neuroimmunology/Multiple Sclerosis Division of Neurology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center since 2021. His research interests include progressive multiple sclerosis, biomarkers in multiple sclerosis, cognitive decline, and functional outcomes in multiple sclerosis.
