Dr. Niu graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and then completed the Combined Neurology/Psychiatry Residency at UMass Chan Medical School. Previously a faculty member of Duke University and Vanderbilt University medical schools, she has served in roles including Psychiatry Clerkship Director and Co-Director of a Brain, Behavior, and Movement course for medical students.
