Dr. Stunkel is a fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologist specializing in neuro-ophthalmic diseases including idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri), pituitary tumors, optic neuritis, ischemic optic neuropathy, optic atrophy, posterior cortical atrophy, migraine, visual aura of migraine, pupillary abnormalities, nystagmus, ocular myasthenia gravis, and other diseases that affect the visual system and eye movements, vision loss, or eye movement abnormalities resulting from neurologic disease, such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes, stroke, and brain tumors.
