Limb deformations and small mandible in Potter sequence

This midgestational fetus was born at 21 weeks and survived less than one hour. Death was due to extreme prematurity and severe pulmonary hypoplasia, the latter a consequence of bilateral renal agenesis with anhydramnios. Limb deformations, including talipes equinovarus, and a small mandible were noted. Karyotyping was not successful. (Submitted by Dr. Joseph Siebert.)
