Interictal epileptic abnormalities in bilateral frontal schizencephaly (EEG)

Diffuse discharges of irregular sharp and slow wave complexes are more evident on the anterior leads. The interictal activity is often of larger amplitude on the left side (boxed area). (Contributed by Dr. Giorgio Battaglia.)
