Functional seizure

This 61-year-old woman presented with acute onset pelvic thrusting simulating generalized tonic-clonic seizures. There is slight opisthotonic posturing without impairment of consciousness. The patient demonstrated sudden return to consciousness following administration of anxiolytics. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
