Spinocerebellar ataxia type 2

This video demonstrates a middle-aged woman with spinocerebellar ataxia type 2. She has slow saccades in both vertical and horizontal directions. Slowing of saccades is one of the characteristic features of spinocerebellar ataxia type 2. (Contributed by Dr. Pichet Termsarasab.)
