This video shows a low frequency, coarse, right-beating gaze-evoked nystagmus on looking to the right and a high frequency, small amplitude left-beating vestibular nystagmus on looking to the left. The combination is characteristic of Bruns nystagmus. (Contributed by Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
