Extreme delta brush EEG pattern in anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis

EEG shows superimposed beta (arrows) frequency over delta waves (arrowheads) consistent with “extreme delta brush.” This pattern is very specific for anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis and associated with prolonged hospitalization. (Contributed by Dr. Jan Bittar.)
