Unenhanced CT of a 63-year-old man with right-sided palsy of cranial nerve III and left-sided weakness. The scan demonstrates isodense enlargement and asymmetry of the right cerebral peduncle and midbrain. Biopsy proved anaplastic astrocytoma. (Contributed by Dr. Herbert Newton.)
