Posterior leukoencephalopathy (brain CT)

Computed tomography of brain showing bilateral hypodensity in visual cortex. Patient presented with 1-year history of acute vision loss. Vision loss had occurred 24 hours after 3 episodes of puerperal generalized convulsions. Vision loss was found to be of cortical type. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
