Neuroimaging and urodynamic findings in a patient with tuberculous meningitis and myeloradiculopathy (2)

This 38-year-old man presented with history of fever and headache of one month duration followed by acute onset weakness of both lower limbs with urinary urgency and frequency. The patient was diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis on the basis of CSF examination. T2-weigthed sagittal images of cervico-thoracic and lumbar spine (a, b, c) showed long-segment myelitis. Further study showed detrusor overactivity at 100 ml with leaking of urine (d and e). Detrusor hyperreflexia persisted, but the patient was asymptomatic at six months follow up.
