Juvenile retinoschisis (ERG)

The electroretinogram (ERG) is useful in identifying this macular problem as a retinoschisis. In the records shown, it should be noted that only the A-wave is seen in the ERG, and the B-wave fails to develop. (Contributed by Dr. James Walters.)
