Congenital cytomegalovirus (axial MRI)

This T2-weighted axial MRI shows mild ventricular dilation, right occipital pachygyria, and multiple small abnormal gyri in other cortical areas, due to early intrauterine infection. (Contributed by Dr. Banu Anlar.)
