Spinal stenosis after fusion (myelogram)

Transition segment disease is seen at L3-L4 with spinal stenosis and degenerative spondylolisthesis adjacent to instrumented fusion at L4-L5. MRI showed unreadable image degradation from metallic object. (Contributed by Dr. Robert Hacker.)
