Photomicroscopy of a biopsy from a 27-year-old woman who presented with a 3-month history of unrelenting upper lip swelling. A few dilated lymphatics (green arrow) are seen adjacent to the granuloma along with mild perivascular lymphoplasmacytic cuffing (H&E x 40). The noncaseating granuloma is comprised of epithelioid cells, with a sprinkling of lymphocytes, histocytes (orange arrow), and multinucleated giant cells.
