T2-weighted MR neurography of the brachial plexus, demonstrating evidence of diffuse nerve hypertrophy and signal change at the C5 and C6 nerve roots, with T2 signal hyperintensity extending to involve the superior trunk of the brachial plexus on the right (red arrow).
