IDH-mutant diffuse astrocytoma

Pathologically confirmed IDH-mutant diffuse astrocytoma. Axial MRI with a 26 mm x 23 mm x 18 mm in the L frontal cortex that is T2 (left) and FLAIR (middle) bright. No evidence of enhancement on T1 post-contrast (right). (Contributed by Dr. Orwa Aboud.)
