Bilateral colpocephaly (MRI)

Axial MRI in 6-year-old girl with severe congenital microcephaly shows bilateral colpocephaly (corpus callosum present). Genetic diagnosis: primordial microcephalic dwarfism with confirmed COL6A3 mutation. (Contributed by Dr. Laura Flores-Sarnat.)
