Listeria rhombencephalitis (1)

Brain MRI on day 3 shows a lesion on FLAIR sequence, mainly in the posterior left pons, extending down to the medulla. There is slight enhancement of the left trigeminal nerve as it exited the pons. (Contributed by Dr. Sudhir Kothari.)
