Pilocytic astrocytoma of the inferomedial midline frontal region (MRI)

Enhanced T1-weighted MRI (TR 600/TE 32) of a 27-year-old man with a 6-month history of partial complex seizures with automatisms, demonstrating an enhancing mass in the inferomedial midline frontal region. There is little if any surrounding mass effect or edema. (Contributed by Dr. Herbert Newton.)
