Cerebral toxoplasmosis: hemichorea (MRI)

This 50-year-old HIV-positive man presented with a 2-week history of involuntary movement of right lower limb. Brain MRI showed an enhancing mass-like lesion in the left subthalamic region. Serological examination suggested toxoplasmosis. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
