Tonic neck and upper body flexion in atypical absence seizure (EEG)

A full-blown tonic neck and upper body flexion during sleep, lasting 10 seconds. Widespread biphasic delta transient with superimposed low-amplitude fast activity and evolution with higher amplitude generalized fast paroxysmal activity. (Contributed by Dr. Athanasios Covanis.)
