Habitual hypermotor seizure

A 2-second, 3- to 4-Hz spike-wave discharge in a hypermotor seizures without any preceding focal symptoms. There may be some rhythmic eyelid closures. Cognition could not be assessed. (Contributed by Dr. C P Panayiotopoulos.)
