Absence seizures with 3-4 Hz spike-wave discharges and left frontal lobe glioma

Brief, rather irregular, generalized discharges of 3-4 Hz spike wave in 1989 and 1995, with no clear-cut focal onset. There was some eyelid flickering during the discharges on video-EEG in 1995. (Contributed by Dr. C P Panayiotopoulos.)
