Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis: periodic myoclonus

This 16-year-old boy had a 5-month history of mental deterioration and generalized periodic myoclonus. EEG revealed generalized periodic discharges, and CSF examination revealed raised anti-measles antibody titer. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
