Dystonia (oromandibular) worse after dental procedure helped by botulinum toxin

This woman with an 8-month history of oromandibular dystonia had a dental procedure, following which her dystonia progressed to cranial dystonia. The dystonia markedly improved after injection of botulinum toxin into affected facial and jaw muscles. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
