Dystonia (Meige syndrome) helped by botulinum toxin

This patient with cranial dystonia manifested by incapacitating blepharospasm and oromandibular dystonia markedly improved with botulinum toxin injections into the affected facial and jaw muscles. She has continued to do well with periodic injections over the course of 15 years. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
