Choreiform dyskinesias due to levodopa in Parkinson disease (young onset)

This man has young-onset Parkinson disease with severe levodopa-related dyskinesia. He has prominent choreiform movements of the proximal and distal limbs, head, face, and trunk. His dyskinesia is eliminated by bilateral subthalamic nucleus stimulation and reduction of his daily levodopa dosage. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
