Camptocormia (dystonic) in Parkinson disease

This man with Parkinson disease has difficulty rising from a chair. While walking he displays severe camptocormia and right-sided pill-rolling tremor. His gait is otherwise not impaired. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
