Alien hand syndrome (synkinesis)

The patient's left foot involuntarily flexes when the patient voluntarily clenches his left hand. In contrast, the right foot and hand behave normally. The patient had sustained a right cerebral infarction. (Contributed by Dr. Victor W Mark.)
