Semont maneuver

This maneuver, for treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of the left posterior canal, is hand-guided by a therapist (therapist is not depicted for the sake of clarity). All movements are performed rapidly. The head is turned 45 degrees away from the affected ear throughout the maneuver. (Contributed by Dr. Thomas Lempert.)
