Tethered cord syndrome (2)

T1-weighted sagittal image shows the same structures. Intramedullary syrinx shows low T1-signal. High T1 and T2 signal benign hemangioma at L1 vertebral body is an incidental finding. (Contributed by Gaurang V Shah.)
