Leptomeningeal disease (brain MRI) (2)

Brain MRI shows a heterogeneously enhancing lesion in the right occipital lobe associated with ependymal spread and interval progression of pial spread of the tumor. Multiple cranial nerves were involved, and there was interval ventricular size enlargement. (Contributed by Dr. Iyad Alnahhas.)
