Brain abscess at time of presentation (CT)

Enhanced CT of patient in clinical vignette, obtained after onset of unresponsiveness. The scan is degraded by motion artifact, but 3 enhancing lesions are seen with surrounding edema. The lesions are suspicious for brain abscess. (Contributed by Dr. John E Greenlee.)
