Sensory parietal seizure spread pattern

The discharge spread from the cortical hand representation to the face and leg area. Clinically sensory symptoms often spread from the hand or arm to the face and leg following the anatomic distribution in the homunculus. (Contributed by Dr. Barbara C Jobst.)
