Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome in adult (EEG and MRI)

(A) Continuous EEG recording demonstrating an electrographic seizure arising from the right posterior quadrant, maximal at O2. (B) MRI demonstrating increased FLAIR signal in the right occipito-temporal cortex, consistent with a diagnosis of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome. (Contributed by Dr. Daniel Friedman.)
