Neurosarcoidosis: base of third ventricle and optic tract

Post contrast fat-saturated T1-axial imaging shows patchy enhancement along the base of third ventricle and optic tract as also along basal leptomeninges at frontal lobes. (Contributed by Dr. Gaurang Shah.)
